SEMR-9342   Customer Relationship Building
In order to build and maintain rapport with your customers, it is important to have a strong foundation in communication. This hands-on workshop provides participants with the opportunity to focus their attention on developing positive relationships with both internal and external customers through: listening skills, effective use of body language, voice tone and words, an understanding of potential communication barriers and how to minimize them, the use of assertive language and more!

Class Availability

Beginning September 1, 2018: students enrolling in Online Education courses will be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus stores or online. To review booklists and purchase textbooks, please visit
