HUMR-1003   Organizational Development
Examine the forces or dynamics that result in the need for organizational changes. Analyze organizational climate, values, attitudes, and communication patterns that influence the operation of an organization. Discuss strategies for planned change, using case studies.

Class Availability

Beginning September 1, 2018: students enrolling in Online Education courses will be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus stores or online. To review booklists and purchase textbooks, please visit bookstore.rrc.ca.
